My name is Adam Rowe. I am a twenty-five-year-old resident of Griswold Connecticut, a graduate of Griswold High School's class of 2007 and a 2012 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy Groton Campus.
My interest in massage therapy formed during my senior year of high school. Something about the field was simply endearing to me. After working for a few years, I discovered CCMT was offering a discovery workshop and decided to check it out. Once I went in and experienced massage for the first time, I knew that it was going to become my career.
If I had to describe my work, I would say that it is massage intended for the wellness minded, with a belief that bodywork should not be a luxury. If you are a person that is conscious of their physical, mental and emotional health and work to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle, I would like to work with you. Whether you simply wish to relax and let your mind go for an hour or alleviate bothersome pain and tightness, it would be my pleasure to set a plan of action with you that will meet your needs.
